At Designer Bums, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, you can return them within 30 days for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

  Ship to Designer Bums

  Affix the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
